Teletherapy
All our therapists are now offering teletherapy services. You can now continue or begin your psychotherapy from home or other safe, private location within the state of Illinois using a computer, tablet, smart phone or any device with a screen that allows you to access the internet.
Illinois Governor Pritzker has mandated expanded coverage of teletherapy services by insurance companies, and CMS/Medicare is allowing teletherapy from home as well. Some insurance coverage may vary (such as through a self-insured employer or union) so please check with your plan to be sure.
We will assist as much as possible in checking insurance and getting you set up with the technology. As much as possible, we are using Zoom for Healthcare, a HIPAA-compliant system, which ensures your confidentiality (as long as you’re speaking alone in a room, of course), but we currently have some flexibility to use everyday phones and devices.
If you’re interested, please contact your therapist or Dr. Lisa Campbell to get started—at (847) 318-8200 (press “1” when you reach voicemail) or info@willowwellness.com.
