Our clients expect the very best treatment, and that makes us really particular when it comes to hiring. We are always looking for new staff members who meet our high standards. A strong applicant will have a successful educational record, an interest in one or more of our specialty areas, an interest in spiritual concerns, and a special ability to relate to people of all kinds. They must demonstrate exceptional clinical ability, insight, and a willingness to be vulnerable in the safe space that we create. Candidates must be licensed by the state of Illinois in their field, or be graduates who are accumulating hours in order to be eligible for licensing.

Everyone who works at Willow is an employee, not an independent contractor, so our staff members don't have to pay additional taxes at the end of each year. We provide our staff a welcoming working environment, with a weekly staff meeting for case consultation, paid continuing education, flexible work hours, and generous compensation. Full or part-time positions are available.
