
Classes and Groups
Willow offers a variety of classes and groups, covering such topics as Mindfulness Meditation, stress management, and reconsidering "retirement" for women. To inquire about groups or to have your name placed on our interest list for any of our groups, contact Dr. Lisa Campbell. Individuals on our interest list will be notified when a group is starting, or when space becomes available in a class.

We regularly offer mindfulness meditation introductory courses. Within this course, you’ll practice breathing deeply, moving mindfully, being present with your body, mind, and spirit—living more freely.
