Classes and Groups
Willow offers a variety of classes, from Mindfulness Meditation to groups addressing Serious Physical Illness. We are also forming a new therapy group for women. To have your name placed on our Interest List for any of our groups, contact Dr. Lisa Campbell. Individuals on our Interest List will be notified when a group is starting, or when space becomes available in a class.

Mindfulness Meditation = Joy and Peace
Wouldn't you like to really relax?
We regularly offer mindfulness meditation introductory courses. Within this course, you’ll practice breathing deeply, moving mindfully, being present with your body, mind, and spirit—living more freely.
You can begin with our next class--a 7-week course beginning Saturday, March 5. Each class runs on Saturday mornings from 10 to 11, and meets in our group room. Fee for the course is $279, payable by check, cash, or credit card. If you are interested, please contact the instructor Jen Haughey, LPC, at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (847) 318-8200.
Our next class is scheduled to begin in the summer. Call Jen Haughey for more information.
