Classes and Groups
Willow offers a variety of classes, from Mindfulness Meditation to groups addressing Serious Physical Illness. We are also forming a new therapy group for women. To have your name placed on our Interest List for any of our groups, contact Dr. Lisa Campbell. Individuals on our Interest List will be notified when a group is starting, or when space becomes available in a class.
Women's Process Group
Are you ready to begin to relate to others, and yourself, more authentically, in the context of exploring your personal experience of aging ... both the joys and the losses? This group is designed to help you experience camaraderie, learn with other women, 60 and older, about finding meaning and prioritizing time and energy in middle to later life, and improve your ability to cope with physical and emotional challenges of aging. Call Jenny Philipson now -- an 8-week session is beginning soon. Medicare, insurance, or cash accepted.
Healthy Eating in Season
A Thursday TBD in the Fall, 7 to 8 p.m., $10, with samples.
Join Dr. Sandra G. Carey for a nutritious & delicious overview of the season's bounty, with samples and recipes to bring home. You'll learn about the nutrition and emotional values of the fruits and vegetables you're seeing now at farmers markets, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Mindfulness Meditation = Joy and Peace
Wouldn't you like to really relax?
We regularly offer mindfulness meditation introductory courses. Within this course, you’ll practice breathing deeply, moving mindfully, being present with your body, mind, and spirit—living more freely.
You can begin with our next class--a 7-week course beginning Saturday, March 5. Each class runs on Saturday mornings from 10 to 11, and meets in our group room.
